Condolence & Memory Journal

Glad to have known Dave, even briefly. Loved the visit to his home with my friend, Penny. Keep the love and memories close.

Offering my deepest condolences during this difficult time.
May the words of Jesus in John 6:40 bring hope and comfort to the family during this sad time ahead.

To David's family, I send my deepest sympathies. No one knew him better, nor was he closest to anyone than to all of you; his family. I feel honored to have known him and to have him be a part of my life, and that of my children, for many years. It was a joy to stand in his "receiving line"; to share lunches in Hudson or sitting across from him playing Scrabble, which of course he always held the highest score. I enjoyed my time out in his "he cave" and seeing what his latest project was. He had every right to be proud! He gave respect, and was given it. He gave love and he got it back. He was honest and not afraid to let me know he didn't need any more hats for Christmas. To all of you, he was so proud of every one of you, and spoke often of you. I will miss him....sincerely, Chris in Maine
